A Store Ban can be placed on a member of public at anytime to prohibit individuals from shopping and trespassing on any of our international stores territories or making purchases through any of our online channels. This allows Claridge & Partridge to turn individuals and groups away from the business and implement refusal of custom from individuals without explanation if we feel there has been a volation of our policies. Once a store ban is placed on an individual this applies to all sections below. Claridge & Partridge are very strict on the behaviour that we accept in and away from our stores towards our Owners, CEO, Staff and Members of our Business. INDEFINITE STORE BANS

All Physical, Online, Work and Selling bans placed on individuals and social groups are indefinite with none removal. If for any reason you are unable to make a payment in one of our stores or online. Please ensure that you do not have a store ban placed against you through our business, reflecting on our records. You can do this by looking at our Individual, Social, Working and Selling Policies and Store Ban Lists. which is supplied online on our store ban notices and policies pages. which you can access at anytime by clicking on the applicable sections below, Or alternatively calling in to one of our stores, if your name is not found on the list but you are experiencing a decline or trouble making an online purchase. If in any circumstance you have the same name as someone on any of our lists that is not identified to be yourself. You can call into one of our stores to request if an over the phone purchase can be made using one of our secure links. you’ll need to provide us with a form of ID that matches your billing address. We will need to carry out thorough checks in order for individuals to make a purchase in our store with the exception an external or internal store ban has not been placed on an individual or social group, These investigations may take 24-48 hours but may take slightly longer in some cases. To satisfy Claridge & Partridge justification of your purchase, After checks have been made the individual will be told the possibilities of making there requested purchase by telephone call or email, resulting in an accept or decline of custom with or without explanation discretional to the appropriation of each circumstance.

A Physical store ban prohibits and disallows customers from trespassing our retail premises. All physical bans placed on individuals and members of public disallow members from shopping and returning to all of Claridge & Partridge international stores.

ONLINE STORE BANS

An online store ban can be placed on an individual at anytime Which allows us to turn away your custom online without explanation. A Store Ban online prohibits any member of public from shopping using online with Claridge & Partridge

BANS ON WORKING AND APPLYING FOR VACANCIES AT CLARIDGE & PARTRIDGE

Once receiving a store ban from our business all rights are removed for you to work for any of our stores restricting you from applying for any of our vacancies. to All Individuals in which a physical and online ban have been placed on are disallowed from working or applying for work within our Claridge & Partridge Stores.

BANS ON SELLING PRODUCTS AT CLARIDGE & PARTRIDGE GLOBAL DEPARTMENT STORES AND ONLINE

Once a Selling Store Ban is placed on any member of public or social group. The individuals listed are prohibited from selling products through any of our international stores.
